You may or may not have heard about the Visa and Mastercard Class Action Settlement (Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation or “PCIF”). The case was settled years ago, but the $5.54 billion settlement became final this past summer. To be eligible to recover a portion of the interchange fees paid to Visa and Mastercard during the class period, a business/merchant must have accepted -Visa and/or Mastercard- branded cards at any time between January 1, 2004, and January 25, 2019.

The claims process began on December 1, 2023, and claim forms are being sent out on a rolling basis. It is possible that you will receive other correspondence about this class action. Please see the attached PCIF Summary for more information about this historic settlement and its history.

I have partnered with a recovery firm, Financial Recovery Strategies (FRS), so that I can take advantage of their 15 years of experience in class action claims management and assist my relationships in obtaining their rightful recovery from the PCIF settlement  fund. FRS  handles all aspects of the claims process, which includes confirming that its client’s’ current and prior locations/entities are included in their claims. FRS has a long track record of maximizing their clients’ recoveries.

FRS works strictly on a contingency basis; they do not collect a fee unless their clients receive a recovery. There are no other fees or costs associated with their work.

If you would like to take advantage of FRS’s services, go to:

enter your name, email address and in the message-box write the word “settlement,” followed by your phone number, and best time to call, and then submit. AIG/FRS will call you and once you complete the required pre-qual, a Claims Management Agreement and Authority to File will be sent directly to your inbox vis Adobe Sign so you can e-sign the documents. FRS will then work with your company to collect the necessary information, namely location and entity data, so they can maximize your recovery.

If you have any questions about the settlement or the process, I can set up a quick phone conversation so we can address them accordingly. I hope we can work together to take advantage of this historic recovery opportunity.
